ZNYX Networks may offer a warranty to the original purchaser of any ZNYX Networks ZX-series switch product, that it is free from defects in workmanship and materials, while it remains in the system in which it was originially installed, and under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of purchase from ZNYX Networks or its authorized dealer. This policy does not apply to prototype, pilot production, or custom products.

In order for this warranty to be valid, this hardware product must remain in its original system. This warranty applies to all ZNYX Networks hardware purchased after April 10, 2000.

Should this product, in ZNYX Networks' opinion, malfunction during the applicable warranty period, ZNYX Networks will, at its expense, repair the defective product or part or, at its option, deliver to the Customer an equivalent product or part to replace the defective item. To prevent damage in transport, the Customer must return the product in its original protective packaging or, if this is not available, other protective packaging approved in advance by ZNYX Networks.

At ZNYX's option, replacement product or parts may be new or reconditioned. Any replaced product or part has a ninety (90) day warranty or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer.

This warranty may be granted to direct customers of ZNYX products and/or an approved distributor/reseller of ZNYX products through terms included in the order acknowledgement and/or executed reseller agreement and is subject to change without prior notification.

This warranty does not apply toward ZNYX Networks software. Software and drivers are covered under a separate license agreement.

Before returning any product to ZNYX under this warranty, contact ZNYX Networks for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
