The ZNYX Networks ZX220 Series is a new addition to our PMC (PCI Mezzanine Connector) Ethernet product family. Combining ZNYX proven PMC architecture with Fiber optics makes the ZX220 series ideal for embedded and data communications applications.

The ZX220 integrates the high performance of the ZNYX Networks architecture with the technological advantages of Fiber optics, enabling longer transmission lengths and a cleaner signal for higher throughput.

The design of the Zx220 is based upon a proven ZNYX Networks design and industry standard components to provide the highest level of performance and compatibility with open system telecommunication architectures. The use of industry standard components also ensures a long lifespan and availability of products.

Already embedded into most ZNYX Networks drivers is RAINlink High Availability software. RAINlink maintains networks integrity by automatically detecting failures in the network and switching connectivity to backup links. RAINlink offers the flexibility in network configuration by providing Link Aggregation (trunking) across a number of different platforms, enabling a quick time to market.
