"The addition of Stan to our executive team provides ZNYX with significant technically-focused solution experience at a critical point in our business expansion," said Austin.  "His business & market experience will be important in managing key partner relationships, and his technical depth allows him to influence the architecture of next-generation systems based upon customer requirements."

Prior to joining ZNYX, McClellan held positions in telecommunications, commercial, defense, and academic industries.  Recent experience includes executive positions as Distinguished Technologist & Technical Director at the Hewlett Packard Company, and Principal Architect & Director of Applications Engineering at SBE, Inc.  At HP, he was the Worldwide Solution Architect and strategist for telecommunication platforms, and a Principal Architect of HP's ATCA (PICMG3) product line.  McClellan has previously served as a technology & business consultant for commercial entities including BellSouth Telecommunications, MCI/Worldcom, Motorola Semiconductor Group, Cisco Systems, 3Com, Alcatel, Nortel, Network Equipment Technologies (N.E.T.), and The Southern Company.
