FREMONT, CALIF., April 9, 2002 – ZNYX Networks, the leading provider of embedded high-availability Ethernet for CarrierClass™ systems, today announced the appointment of Leslie Canerday as Vice President of Strategic and Global Sales. Ms. Canerday will lead the worldwide sales team in expanding global account partnerships and setting strategic direction. She will also play an instrumental role in defining corporate strategies and developing the corporate business plan, including sales development and implementation plans.

Ms. Canerday previously spent 20 years in a variety of leadership positions at Motorola, Inc., including sales, business development, service, marketing, and manufacturing. She developed sales, channel and service strategies for embedded board and platform markets, focusing on telecommunications accounts. In addition, she has led a number of business units within Motorola, including the Motherboard, Technical Systems, and Strategic Manufacturing Business Units. Ms. Canerday holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
