Connie Austin has served as President and Chief Executive Officer at ZNYX Networks since the Company''s founding. Austin is a computer industry veteran who has garnered more than 26 years of experience in strategic management, market research & analysis, operations, R&D, finance and corporate development. Prior to co-founding ZNYX, Austin served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Mylex Corporation (acquired by IBM).

Alan Deikman has served as Chief Technology Officer at ZNYX Networks since the Company''s founding. Prior to co-founding ZNYX, Deikman worked at Mylex Corporation (acquired by IBM) in several management capacities, including R&D, sales and product marketing. Prior to Mylex, he co-founded and managed BDK Computer Design. Deikman has authored an UNIX programming book and several technical magazine articles.

David Zacarias is Chief Financial Officer at ZNYX Networks. Prior to ZNYX, Zacarias served as Vice President of Administration and CFO at 3Dfx Interactive, a former public company that was acquired by NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) in 2000. Prior to 3Dfx Interactive, he served as CFO and COO at OPTi (NASDAQ: OPTI), a fabless semiconductor vendor. Zacarias holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff Elpern's Entrepreneurial experience includes founder/CEO of two high tech start-ups - Simtec, Inc. and MainSoft. His Silicon Valley experience also includes Sun Microsystem. Earlier in his career, as Vice President at the advertising agency BBDO, he ran the largest quantitative marketing operation on Madison Avenue. He completed his undergraduate work at UNR and received a Masters of Science in Quantitative Analysis with Distinction from Carnegie Mellon University.
